We offer Beginner asana (posture) classes, advanced asana practices, meditation classes, and breathwork classes. We are dedicated to building a community where yogis can come together, and grow together. Our studio is located on 115 budlong rd, Cranston, RI, above Rhode Island Dental.Our specialty is traditional hatha yoga classes that cater to all levels, making yoga accessible to everyone. What is yoga breathing? Pranayama (breathwork) is essential to yoga. From individual classes focused on this, to connecting movement with breath, we offer a safe space to learn pranayama that you can take with you in your everyday life.

Meditation is the key component to a yoga practice. From savasana, to classes built around mindfulness, we offer a safe space for practitioners to embark on their mindfulness journey.

  • Saturday: 5pm Beginner hatha, 7pm, breathwork class.
  • Sundays 7am Beginner hatha 9am Beginner hatha 11am intermediate hatha.
  • Tuesdays 5pm Beginner hatha 7pm meditation

Beginner Hatha Class:

Designed for beginners, although all levels welcome.  This class focuses on foundational postures, breathwork, and gentle movement. Moving from pose to pose with purpose and intention, we build the fundamental skills to level up your practice. All you need for this class is active wear, water, a yoga mat (one will be provided if you don’t have one) and an open mindIntermediate hatha class: Step into the next phase of your yoga journey. We embrace a deeper exploration of traditional postures, breath control, and meditation, as you enhance strength, balance, and flexibility. This class offers a harmonious blend of challenge and rejuvenation, empowering you to expand your practice with confidence. All you need is active wear, water, yoga mat (one will be provided if you don’t have one), and an open mind.
